As we get near yet another school year, let's pray for our kids and grandkids heading back. They are not just the future of our world – they are the present – and they are eternal!

Whenever I read about the Israelites in the desert, I get just a little bit prideful thinking “I would never have been that way.”  

Do you ever wonder if you are where you belong, or at least going in the right direction? Sometimes I think “Have I missed my destiny?”, “Am I going in the direction God wants for me?”, or “What am I missing?”

Ever have one of those days? Just a really bad day. A day where "chicken soup" (no matter how good it is), is not going to fix things.

When I started this I didn’t go into it with the best of mindsets. But stick with me – because just as He always does, God answered my prayer for understanding and clarity.

Have you ever prayed for something and even though you knew God could do anything – you kind of had it in the back of your mind that He probably wouldn’t answer your prayer? I’m afraid that has been me on more than one occasion.
