Managed by MND Financial Services
Purpose of the Beracha Fund Grants
The Beracha Fund Grants are designed to make high-value technology and services more accessible to faith-based nonprofits, small businesses, and mission-driven organizations. These grants provide reduced costs through subsidies, direct contributions, special pricing, or strategic investments.
The grants are managed by MND Financial Services, working in collaboration with Convene for the Cities and a trusted network of donors, foundations, and funding partners. The shared goal is to empower Kingdom-minded organizations to flourish by providing the tools and systems they need to thrive.
Who Manages the Grants?
While Convene for the Cities identifies the needs of clients, presents qualified candidates, and supports ongoing alignment, the funding decisions and grant management are handled by MND Financial Services. Other funders, organizations, or ministries may also present potential recipients for funding consideration.

This policy may be updated by Convene for the Cities at any time. Updates will be posted on the official Convene for the Cities' website. Use of Convene for the Cities' systems and services constitutes agreement with the current version of this policy.

Client Responsibilities
By accepting a Beracha Fund Grant, the client agrees to:

2. Stay Aligned with Core Values
If a client materially changes their:

Clients must notify Convene for the Cities of significant shifts, including:
- Leadership transitions
- Vision or program direction changes
- Funding or budget changes
- Reputational risks or integrity concerns within leadership
Transparency is key. Open dialogue helps maintain trust and continuation of funding.
4. Use Funds as Intended
Unless otherwise stated in writing, Beracha funds must only be used for Convene for the Cities-related systems, services, or approved strategic goals. If funds are misused, Convene for the Cities and MND Financial Services reserve the right to revoke all current and future support.
5. Maintain Integrity in Leadership
If an internal or public character concern arises related to a client’s leadership, the client must:
- Notify Convene for the Cities immediately and confidentially
- Submit a written action or mitigation plan
